Power Mamas

Power Mamas is a higher-intensity boot camp class that is offered in the later evening so all ladies are able to participate!  We focus on circuit, interval, anaerobic and aerobic training in a personalized setting. Power Mamas take on bleachers, benches, resistance of weights and medicine balls, and perform cooperative group toning exercises. A new workout is created for every class.  Power Mamas support and praise each other’s efforts and all fitness levels are encouraged to attend!  This is a very popular class and you are guaranteed to have a great time while you sweat.  All ladies look forward to seeing each other each week and we want to have you join our group!  Come check it out.
